Jennifer O'Brien

Owner and President

Jennifer O'Brien was born in Lake Forest, Illinois, and graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor's degree in Economics.

​

She began her professional career in Scottsdale, Arizona, where she enjoyed success in Commercial Real Estate.

After getting married to Scott O'Brien, Jennifer went on to welcome three sons while relocating the family to Southern California.

​

Following this transition, Jennifer re-entered the workforce and quickly established herself as a top recruiter in the dynamic medical device industry.

​

Jennifer has built strong relationships with Fortune 500 companies nationwide, consistently exceeding client expectations and placing exceptional candidates. 

​

Two years ago, she acquired the company, expanding its reach and continuing to provide exceptional recruitment services across the United States.

Susannah Fairbanks

Executive Recruiter

Susannah was born and raised in London. In her early twenties, she embarked on a successful career as a Flight Attendant for Gulf Air throughout the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Europe.

Following this chapter, Susannah and her husband Bill owned and managed an international women's apparel export business in Bali, Indonesia.

Her global experiences led her to a career in hospitality sales at the prestigious St. Regis Resort in Dana Point, California, before joining Owens Medical Placement as an Executive Recruiter in 2017! 

​

Susannah quickly found success placing top candidates nationwide while relocating to Austin, Texas, to be closer to her three children.

Melinda Hauser

Executive Recruiter

Melinda graduated from MTSU with a BS in Fashion Merchandising and a Minor in Marketing.

She began her career in sales but later dedicated herself to raising two sons and a daughter with special needs. During this time, she became a strong advocate for children with disabilities, starting programs and serving on various boards.

In 2014, she returned to the workforce as a recruiter with Owens Medical Placement. Her life experiences have instilled in her a deep sense of empathy and a strong desire to help others find their place, making her an exceptional asset to the team.
